Regional Sales Representative / Territory Manager

Compensation:
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure Potential)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative / Territory Manager to own and aggressively grow the Texas market. This role is designed for a true hunter who thrives on winning new business, expanding key accounts, and building a territory into a highly profitable, long-term career.

This is not a passive account-management role. You will be expected to take full ownership of the Texas territory and drive results.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share across Texas.

Prospect aggressively through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.

Build strong relationships with municipal, fleet, and commercial customers.

Manage and grow existing accounts while consistently hunting for new opportunities.

Coordinate closely with parts, service, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report performance metrics.

Travel extensively throughout Texas to support customers and close business.

Report to the Breckenridge, TX facility as needed for training, meetings, planning, and coordination with internal teams.

Skills & Abilities

Proven experience in territory sales, business development, or outside sales.

Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to close new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly motivated, organized, and accountable with strong follow-through.

Comfortable managing a large geographic territory independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience preferred.

Experience in heavy equipment, truck, refuse, construction, or industrial sales is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

2+ years of sales, territory management, or business development experience.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to report to the Breckenridge, TX facility as needed.

Compensation & Growth

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

The right candidate will comfortably earn six figures, with no ceiling on upside.
