FLSA Status

Non-Exempt, Hourly. "Home every night". Overtime is available and expected.

Certifications/Licenses

Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.

Job Summary

Provides chemical treatments to oilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company processes. Clean driving record required. Must be able to work at a fast pace while keeping safety as a top priority.

Essential Duties

Other duties as assigned.

  • Properly load and unload trucks
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
  • Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled
  • Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build up, etc.
  • Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) and other reports according to company policy
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
  • Timely completion of reports and documentation
  • Maintain driver’s logs according to DOT regulations
  • Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • Work well both independently and as a team
Other Qualifications

Education/

Experience:

High school diploma/GED and chemical deliveries experience preferred. 1+ years in oil and gas industry required.

Certifications/Licenses:
Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Pull and drag hoses in outdoor environments, include adverse weather. Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching, kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin.
