ScheduleMonday to Friday, with weekend deliveries as needed. Daytime hours.
FLSA StatusNon‑Exempt, Hourly. Home every night. Overtime is available and expected.

Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, airbrake endorsements, and manual operation required. Class A CDL preferred.
Job SummaryProvides chemical treatments to oilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company processes. Clean driving record required. Must work at a fast pace while keeping safety as a top priority.
Essential Duties- Properly load and unload trucks
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
- Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled
- Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale buildup, etc.
- Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) and other reports according to company policy
- Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
- Timely completion of reports and documentation
- Maintain driver’s logs according to DOT regulations
- Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures)
- Work well both independently and as a team
- Provide excellent customer service
High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
Certifications/LicensesClass A CDL preferred, Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker, airbrake endorsement required. Must be licensed to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
Driving RequirementsFollow all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
Physical RequirementsLifts and carries up to 100 pounds. Pulls and drags hoses in outdoor environments, including adverse weather. Moves 55‑gallon drums weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Daily climbing, twisting, standing, crouching, kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles required. Must talk, hear, and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touch.
Requires normal visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment legally.
Indoors and outdoors with exposure to extreme winter weather, precipitation, wind, harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil, and gases on a daily basis. Roads in the Williston Basin may be challenging. Noise level typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Language SkillsAbility to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, SDSs, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Computer SkillsEfficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, MS Office, and programs such as One Note for recording daily deliveries. Must possess a smartphone with internet access.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to accurately calculate and record chemical inventory. Must add, subtract, multiply, and divide using weight and volume measurements.
Work EthicBe trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for actions.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug test, motor vehicle record check, FMCSA Clearinghouse, and criminal background check.
