We're dedicated to informing the public utilizing television, social media, and the area's only live-streaming newscast. WDTV produces six daily newscasts, M-F, and four newscasts each weekend. WDTV is looking for a full-time lifestyle & entertainment producer. The ideal candidate will be able to work with our hosts to make our First at 4 lifestyle & entertainment talk show unique & memorable by preparing & organizing the available content. We want someone who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This person must be an excellent writer, possess strong leadership & organizational skills, and be able to perform well under pressure.

The ideal candidate must be a team player.

• Manage the show's broadcast, coordinate with the production team & oversee the rundown of the show.
• Work with the host to decide on what stories to produce for the show.
• Appear on-air during some of the show's segments, such as Baloney or Believe It, and Word on the Street.
• Contribute story ideas & content on a daily basis.

• Have a high level of production knowledge & experience.
• Extreme attention to detail & solid entertainment knowledge.
• Understand the importance of writing crisp teasers to promote upcoming segments & stories, as well as create electronic graphics in a professional and timely manner.
