As a Concierge at Sagora, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, greeting them in person and on the phone, and managing front desk operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

• Oversee front desk and greet guests
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily
• Assist all associates at the front desk
• Make rounds around community for security procedures
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Respond to emergency boards as needed

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
