Our team delivers a vast array of professional services to clients across five major markets: architecture, land development, water resources, transportation, and energy. We are looking for a full-time Licensed Architect to join our Bridgeport, WV Office. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about the field of architecture and is seeking an opportunity to grow a team of professionals.

• Works with project design team on projects throughout all phases of design.
• Preparation of original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications.
• Review architectural documents for conflicts with all disciplines.
• Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking to evaluate, select and apply design skills and techniques to project-related assignments.

• NCARB Registered Architect
• A minimum of five (5) years’ related experience.
• Experience with Revit software is a plus.
• Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Proficient with managing client/owner/contractor relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project priorities.
• Possesses the ability to mentor junior staff.
• Periodic travel will be required.
