WVU Medicine – United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV is expanding its access to minor emergent care with the opening of an urgent care clinic on the hospital campus. This clinic will run 7 days a week with a physician and APP model.

Diagnose and treat patients in an outpatient urgent care setting.

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent with eligibility to obtain a state medical license.
• Completed an accredited residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

• New and technologically advanced clinic space
• EPIC EMR
• Experienced APP providers
• Full‑time openings based on a 3–12 work schedule
• No call or nights
