This posting is for current AMT students at a Part 147 Aviation School who graduated or will in 2026.

We’re hiring licensed A&P Technician Graduates to help drive our continued success!

MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The A&P Technician Graduate will perform heavy maintenance (C-Checks) on various regional jet airframes according to strict safety guidelines set by the FAA or other applicable regulatory bodies while complying with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. • Perform troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on various aircraft.
• General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems.
• Consult maintenance blueprints, manuals, and other documents to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Complete tasks within allotted time frames in accordance with FAA (or equivalent) and company standards.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
• Operate ground support equipment as required.

• Position requires full-time presence at our Tucson, Arizona or Bridgeport, WV facility with on-site collaboration essential to role success
• 12-hour shifts on 3/4/4/3 schedule, which include days, nights, and weekends.
