Dieffenbauch & Hritz, LLC (D&H) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our growing engineering team in either Morgantown or Bridgeport, WV. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to be an integral part of a group of professionals that provide superior engineering, environmental, surveying, and construction services to the energy, transportation and land development industries.

Job Description The Civil Engineer Project Manager will represent the Company as the single point of contact to the client and serve as a liaison between clients and agencies, subcontractors and design teams. This individual is responsible for business development, securing work assignments and insuring successful and quality projects are completed within time requirements and budget. Additionally, the Project Manager works with the project lead to conceptualize the design approach and oversees progress to ensure technical issues and quality control matters are resolved in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects and related tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Generate scope of work and cost estimates for proposals and manage budgets for assigned projects.
• Maintain client relationships and secure additional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other related fields with a minimum seven years’ related experience.
• Advanced level of use with design software:
  Micro Station, InRoads, HydroCAD, TR-55, TR-20, HEC, and other applicable design software commonly used.
• Professional Engineer (PE) in WV, PA or OH preferred.
