Eligibility Trainee — Process Aid Claims

WV Department of Human Services seeks a trainee to learn methods of processing benefit applications, determine eligibility for SNAP, Medicaid, Emergency Assistance/LIEAP, and School Clothing Vouchers, and manage a caseload under close supervision.

You will use department software to administer to a demanding caseload, and learn to analyze financial and social information while adhering to complex eligibility policies. Travel to Roane, Jackson, Calhoun, and Wirt counties may be required.
