What's a typical day as a Supply Chain Specialist? You'll be:- Act as a liaison between internal departments
- Issue purchase orders
- Electronically receive inbound items into company systems; comply with goods receipt and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory is reconciled monthly
- Approximately 20% of your time will be "hands on", completing cycle counts and marshalling (moving materials throughout the facility)
- High School Diploma required;
Associate's degree or higher preferred - Experience with inventory management, logistics, or materials operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency using inventory management software and MS Office Suite programs
