• Complete all relevant company web-based training.
• Service tools in a timely manner without deviation from Service Quality procedure.
• To complete demands of the supervisor pertaining to tool production.
• Develop accurate and complete data pertaining to service documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in other product specific training to gain knowledge for additional future technical skills assessment.
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment to perform duties required.
• Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
• Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by supervisor.
• Maintain the work environment as outlined by the supervisor.
• Attend formal training, per product line, for pertinent tool training courses at a NOV training facility.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

• Job tasks may require you to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Job tasks may require you to kneel/squat, bend, push/pull, squeeze, reach.
