The Sheet metal Academy at MHIRJ offers a paid training program designed to launch a long-term career in aviation. Apprentices receive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits while learning hands-on sheet metal skills in a real-world setting.
Hours during training are Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm; after training, candidates should be comfortable with 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation, including days, nights and weekends, as they transition to full-time employment with MHI RJ Aviation Group.
