Raytheon - 1525 Midway Park Road - Responsibilities:
Perform precision rework operations including boring, honing, lapping, grinding, and machining to restore aircraft engine components;
Operate manual and CNC machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and EDM equipment to complete repair and overhaul activities;
Perform drilling, reaming, tapping, deburring, polishing, blending, filing, and other bench operations using a variety of hand and power tools;
Set up and machine parts using fixtures or centers while verifying alignment, runout, and dimensional accuracy;
Inspect completed work using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other inspection tools
