Assembly/ Parts Coordinator

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for Assembly/Parts Coordinator in Bridgeport, WV.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking/driving processes critical to the assembly and test areas.
• Coordinating parts, consumables and non-product material movements.
• Supporting all continuous improvement, quality and E&HS operations initiatives and policies to meet company goals.
• Performing all other related duties as assigned and referring team challenges to the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel and Power Point
• Understanding of related fields to perform all manual and technical operations and deal with various aspects of diversified problems.
• Following general instructions using complex drawings, advanced shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to carry out tasks in assigned area.
• US Citizenship
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Job Type:

• Full-time, Contract
• Rotating shifts, including nights, to support production requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain and manipulate data.
• Physical Demands:
  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
• Work Environment: FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
