Travel Med Surg Oncology Telemetry RN

Job Overview

Travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry – Bridgeport, West Virginia. 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. Start ASAP.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures, including chemotherapy as appropriate.
• Manage patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding post‑operative care and chemotherapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting system.
• Respond to patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification required; ONS/ONCC (Chemotherapy Biotherapy) certification is a plus.
• Experience caring for oncology patients and managing chest tubes is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.

Pay based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
