Nursing Position - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medication, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role demands flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient care activities in the EPIC charting system.

Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and treatments.

Current BLS (AHA) certification.

Experience in acute care nursing preferred.

Valid nursing license as per state regulations.
