Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

$2284.80/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced ER RN for a 13-week contract working 4×12 shifts from 11:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and every other weekend. The role involves providing critical emergency care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient triage and stabilization.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage incoming patients to determine severity of condition.
• Initiate IV starts and perform other basic clinical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and care continuity.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current certification verification within 2 days of submission.
• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency room experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Valid BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and WV license; CPI, MAB, NRP, TNCC certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV starts, triage, and emergency clinical skills.
• Travel experience required; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and handle on-call requirements as needed.
