Registered Nurse – Operating Room

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience across various surgical specialties and demonstrate versatility in cross-training to Endoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members during various procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Operate and monitor advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems like Phillips and Dynomap.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Participate in call rotations, including weeknight and weekend shifts, to provide continuous patient support.
• Cross-train in Endoscopy procedures to enhance clinical versatility and support departmental needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and unexpired driver’s license for submission requirements.
• Possess active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate experience in all areas of the Operating Room, including vascular, general, ortho, neuro, ENT, and eye surgeries.
• Have ACLS certification, especially if involved in modern sedation procedures.
• Experience with surgical robots (Phillips, Dynomap, DaVinci) is a significant plus.
• Be able to work 10-hour shifts, with flexibility for call rotations.
