The Thrasher Group is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist with a strong professional graphic design background to join our Marketing team in our Bridgeport, West Virginia office.

The successful candidate must be able to independently develop polished, professional visual materials from concept through final production - not simply work within existing templates. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required, along with a demonstrated understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, layout, and print and digital production.

This position also supports proposals, interview presentations, client communications, and marketing initiatives that help Thrasher communicate effectively and win work. The right candidate will be curious, comfortable learning our business, and able to think beyond the immediate assignment to consider the audience, message, and desired outcome.

• Create original graphic design work for proposals, presentations, advertisements, campaigns, events, client communications, and digital platforms.
• Take projects from concept through final production, making informed decisions about layout, typography, imagery, hierarchy, messaging, and application. Develop graphics, infographics, diagrams, maps, and other visual elements that make complex information easier to understand.
• Design and produce professional print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, signage, displays, event materials, and web/social graphics.
• Prepare production-ready files and understand print production requirements, including bleeds, folds, panels, image resolution, and color modes.
• Develop proposal and interview presentation graphics and support the production of qualifications packages, statements of interest, and other business development materials.
