Are you an experienced A&P Technician with leadership skills and a passion for aviation maintenance? We are a growing company specializing in aircraft engine maintenance and repair, aircraft maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, and logistics services for clients in the aviation and aerospace industry. We're looking for a Lead Technician to oversee maintenance operations, guide a team of skilled technicians, and ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 100-hour, annual, progressive, and continuous inspections on aircraft and components.
- Maintain, repair, alter, and perform preventive maintenance on aircraft, engines, and propellers.
- Supervise and provide guidance to technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Act as the go-to supervisor when the Production Supervisor is unavailable.
- Approve return-to-service documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Oversee workflow scheduling and maintenance distribution to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and verify the availability of current technical manuals, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
- Work closely with maintenance and inspection personnel to uphold quality and safety standards.
What You Bring to the Team:
A&P License (Powerplant Required, Airframe Recommended) Minimum 3 Years of Aviation Maintenance Experience Strong Leadership & Supervisory Skills Expertise in Aircraft & Engine Systems (Pratt & Whitney PW300, PW500, PW600, PW800, JT15D, PT6A a Plus) Thorough Understanding of FAA Regulations & CFR 145 Repair Stations Proficiency with Aviation Maintenance Software & Computer Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills Ability to Work in a Team & Train Junior Technicians Physical Capability to Lift 50 lbs.,
Climb, Kneel, Squat, and Stand for Extended Periods
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License & Ability to Pass a Security Background Check.
- U.S. Citizenship & At Least 18 Years of Age.
- Participation in a DOT Safety-Sensitive Drug Program.
