Main Office - Bridgeport, WV 26330. Salary Range: $11.00 - $11.00 Hourly. Not a CDL Driving Position.

Low Impact Monitor

Incumbent must be able to drive to designated locations to meet oversize load trucks at bridge checkpoints, monitor truck speed while crossing the bridge, ensure permit paperwork has accurate weight listed, maintain paperwork for each trip and fax/email to main facility daily, submit daily work records each evening. Must travel within West Virginia and across state borders to Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

Must provide quality customer service, present a professional image, follow criteria set by JSI and contractual agreements, work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid West Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willig and able to use personal vehicle for job duties.
• Reading, writing and math levels equivalent to a high school graduate.
• Travel experience and familiarity with West Virginia preferred.

• Follow written and verbal instructions regarding completion of job duties.
• Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
• Be self‑motivated, organized, and able to problem‑solve effectively.
• Dependable with reliable transportation, punctual and maintain good attendance.
• Willing to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays on an as‑needed basis.
• Follow directions from a map or GPS to complete assignments.
• Have knowledge of roadway safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
• Basic computer skills to complete and submit daily paperwork.
• Work in a very busy environment requiring above‑average organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Present a professional public image with a clean and groomed appearance.
• Work well with customers, remaining helpful and courteous.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Pass a state background check and maintain good standing.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, plus current auto insurance, registration, and vehicle inspection sticker.
• Willing to use personal vehicle for job duties.
• Be able to sit for the duration of the shift.
