We are seeking hard‑working, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our wood pallet logistics team. As an RPC Sorter, you will be responsible for the manual sortation of Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs), dunnage airbags, and other materials to meet production goals and Propak standards. This role is vital for maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring that reusable materials are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Starting Base Pay
  : $16.00 per hour.

As an RPC Sorter
, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manual Sortation
  :
  Sorting RPCs or other material as needed by hand in a neat and orderly fashion according to established criteria.
• Airbag Management
  :
  Categorizing inflatable dunnage airbags, ensuring usable bags are organized for reuse, and properly disposing of unusable ones.
• Maintenance
  :
  Maintaining a clean work environment by sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.
• Compliance
  :
  Following all safety and Propak policies and procedures diligently.
• Team Support
  :
  Performing other duties as assigned to improve overall team operations.

• Physical Stamina
  :
  Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours a day.
• Manual Labor Experience
  :
  Previous experience in manual labor or a similar physically demanding role is preferred.
