Qualifications:
A valid New Jersey School Administrator Certificate Masters and preferably higher degree with emphasis on school administration Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and professional staff development Experience in designing and implementing successful professional development models Experience in developing and implementing school improvement plans Proven track record in raising student achievement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Five years building principal experience Strong organizational and technological skills necessary to promote educational excellence Ability to lead a dynamic, caring and dedicated staff, on a district-wide level, towards continuous improvement of teaching and learning Salary range $155,000- $170,000
