Job Summary

Merrill Wealth Management provides comprehensive wealth management and investment services to individuals and institutions.

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66). After receiving your licenses, you will learn foundational advisor skills—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing clients’ complex financial situations, and offering personalized financial advice to help clients live their best financial lives.

Once key milestones are achieved, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.

Upon successful completion as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to the next stage—Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA)—where you will transition to a Merrill Wealth Management office and begin building a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients. The Academy will support your development with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
