Job Summary
Merrill Wealth Management provides comprehensive wealth management and investment services to individuals and institutions.
As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66). After receiving your licenses, you will learn foundational advisor skills—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing clients’ complex financial situations, and offering personalized financial advice to help clients live their best financial lives.
Once key milestones are achieved, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.
Upon successful completion as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to the next stage—Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA)—where you will transition to a Merrill Wealth Management office and begin building a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients. The Academy will support your development with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
Required Qualifications- Confidence and experience in a sales role
- Strong client‑relationship skills with effective communication and collaboration
- Proactive mindset and effective time management
- Results‑driven focus that prioritizes client interests
- Ability to identify appropriate client solutions using new information and learnings
- Application of relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long‑term client strategy creation
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- Capacity to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
This position requires SAFE Act registration. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system, remain in good standing, and comply with the required background check. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
Schedule & CompensationShift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive‑eligible.
