Are you a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on building client relationships and driving results? GDG Media is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the front line of communication with our clients, managing their campaigns and making sure they see and feel the ROI.

• Own client relationships and ensure satisfaction, retention, and success across all active accounts.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms including:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, LSA)
• Email Marketing (Klaviyo, High Level, Mailchimp, Instantly, etc.)
• Social Media Content (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok)
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, ads, tech) to deliver results and meet deadlines.
• Onboard new clients by understanding their goals, gathering brand assets, and helping build campaign strategies.
• Communicate performance insights in client-friendly language with regular check-ins and reporting.
• Troubleshoot challenges and proactively suggest optimizations and upsells.

• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to run Google Ads campaigns
• Comfort with basic content creation for social media (graphics, reels, captions)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Organized, adaptable, and results-driven

• Experience in Go High Level  (GHL) or similar CRMs
• Photography or videography background
• Background in working with service-based businesses
• Wordpress experience and the ability to vibe code

• This role is in-person at our Bridgeton, NJ office during the training period.
• Hybrid flexibility may potentially be considered after training and onboarding are complete.
