Job Type

Full-time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform repairs, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and conduct preventative maintenance
• Restore vacated apartments to move-in condition
• Conduct inspections of building and alarm systems
• Remove snow, ice, and leaves from sidewalks, walkways, steps, and driveways/parking spaces
• Complete janitorial tasks as scheduled
• Respond to emergency calls during weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Patrol property daily, clean grounds, and maintain common areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of maintenance or construction experience
• Preferred: one year of residential maintenance experience, supervisory experience, OSHA knowledge, EPA and HVAC certifications
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and machinery repair
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
