Operations Manager
Cumberland County Utilities Authority is accepting applications for a full‑time Operations Manager with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities- Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant, sludge processing, collection system, solid waste operations, maintenance activities, and related facilities.
- Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations while supporting the Authority's mission of protecting public health and the environment.
- Provide leadership to management and operational staff, oversee operational budgets, coordinate capital improvement projects, and work closely with engineering, regulatory agencies, and administrative personnel to achieve Authority goals.
- Must hold an S3 & C3 license.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently.
- Exempt position.
