Production Filler Operator

• Operate and monitor filling, capping, and packaging equipment
• Load materials and supplies into machines as needed
• Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Adjust equipment settings to maintain optimal production flow
• Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions
• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete required production and quality documentation

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Hourly Rate: $23 - $30 per hour

Schedule: 2–2–3 rotating shift; night shift 6pm–6:30am

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Six months related experience or training preferred
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
• Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
