Production Filler Operator Nights

Cumberland Dairy is hiring a Filler Operator to maintain, set up, and troubleshoot equipment and machinery. The operator will run extended shelf‑life filler equipment, produce high‑quality product within specified ranges, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), communicate with all departments, and meet daily deadlines.

SCHEDULE: 2‑2‑3 rotating shift with a night shift of 6:00 pm–6:30 am.

PAY: Hourly rate starts at $21 per hour. Pay range: $21.00–$30.80.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of related experience or training preferred.
• Must pass pre‑employment screenings (drug, background, criminal checks).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Read, speak, and write in English.
• Legibly write entries for record keeping.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for the entirety of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
