The Registered Nurse reports directly to the Director of Nursing. The RN will provide nursing support in a hybrid capacity, both field, office and remote as needed covering programs in Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland and Atlantic County.

Starts at $37.23 - $38.46/hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)

• Responsible for completing annual Nursing Assessments for each residential individual.
• Conduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day‑only and residential programs identified as high risk.
• Review all dietary changes for day‑only and residential programs.
• Conduct specialized training for new‑hire orientations, boot camp classes and ongoing training as needed.
• Review medication charts, labs, and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home.
• Assist group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed.
• Review charts to ensure all required documentation has been received.

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• One year of nursing experience preferred, but New Grads will also be considered.
• Previous professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
• Have a strong passion for working with and helping adults with special needs.
• Comfortable traveling to different group homes.
