• Responsible for completing annual Nursing Assessments for each residential individual.
• Conduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day‑only and residential programs identified as high risk.
• Review all dietary changes for day‑only and residential programs.
• Conduct specialized training for new hire orientations, boot‑camp classes and ongoing as needed.
• Review medication charts, labs and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home.
• Assist group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed.
• Review charts to ensure all required documentation has been received.

• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates will also be considered.
• Previous professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
• Strong passion for working with and helping adults with special needs.
• Comfortable traveling to different group homes.

Salary:
Starts at $37.23 - $38.46/hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience).
