• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of a broad range of medical conditions requiring urgent treatment.
• Understand and perform triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, considering both physical and mental health conditions.
• Provide care for emergency patients and recognize and treat life‑threatening conditions.

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care emergency room setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
