Junk Removal Crew Lead

As a crew lead on our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, training new employees, assisting in maintaining company assets, efficiencies on site, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, & effective communication.

• Manage job sites or projects efficiently: Oversee operations on-site, ensuring profitability and that all procedures are followed.
• Maintaining and audit tools and equipment: Regularly check equipment to ensure functionality, report missing items, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all trucks are organized and clean: Maintain truck cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all necessary equipment is in stock and ready for use.
• Be a leader among your peers; hold them accountable: Lead by example and ensure team members adhere to company procedures and standards.
• Customer service: Providing excellent service to clients by meeting their needs and ensuring a positive experience during junk removal operations.

• High communication and listening skills; with team and clients.
