Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and security-related policies;
Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors, issue temporary badges or credentials, and maintain accurate access records and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate;
Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring doors, gates, lobbies, and other controlled areas, and reporting unusual activity or policy violations;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for access control concerns, unsecured entry points, and other security-related issues
