As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.

• Comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma informed care, CPR, and first aid
• Flexible schedules compatible with school, family commitments, or other employment

Pay rates:
Full‑time and part‑time, $20.40‑$23.89

Hiring locations:
Bridgeton, Cedarville, Cape May and more!

Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call. Evenings 3 pm‑11 pm, nights 11 pm‑9 am including weekends (varied shifts/schedules).

Devereux offers ASCEND, a career accelerator for behavioral health workers, providing one‑on‑one coaching, skill development, and financial assistance. It covers 100% of tuition (up to $15k reimbursed annually for undergraduates and $25k for graduates) and student loan repayment.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid non‑provisional driver’s license
• 18 years of age or older
• Attendance at ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays
• Empathetic with a team approach to care
