LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Retail Development & Sales Manager to join our client's organization in the Bridgeview, IL area.

• Lead account management and broker partnerships to expand retail distribution and achieve growth targets.
• Develop channel‑specific sales and promotional strategies aligned with brand and margin goals.
• Build compelling sales presentations, new item forms, and annual planning decks for retail buyers.
• Track and analyze sales performance, velocity, and competitive trends to inform strategy.
• Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and growth teams to ensure retail success.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to manage inventory—ensuring on‑time and in‑full shipments and healthy inventory levels.
• Manage trade budgets, negotiate retailer terms, and secure favorable promotional structures.

• 5+ years of direct sales management experience, preferably within CPG or food & beverage at an emerging growth company.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and scale retail distribution.
• Experience managing brokers and key accounts across natural and conventional channels.
• Strong understanding of P&L impact, trade spend, and margin structures.
• Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
