Independent Optometrist - Walmart

Responsibilities- Provide patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing.
- Establish your days of practice, hours of operation, and patient schedule.
- Control your fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
- Optionally opt into equipment instrumentation and administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows).
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid state optometry license.
- General Liability Certificate.
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
