Your Role: As a Night Esthetics Instructor, you will inspire and educate students in various esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup, and hair removal techniques. You’ll have the opportunity to teach in a dynamic environment during evening hours, accommodating students who are pursuing their career goals while balancing other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive instructional sessions in esthetics topics according to the curriculum.
• Conduct practical demonstrations to enhance student understanding and skill development.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain an organized, positive, and conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure high educational standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetics license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Must hold an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and meet diverse student needs.
• Monday-Friday 5-10:00pm CST

Salary: In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
