Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team. This position is instrumental in ensuring that students continue to receive top-notch instruction during the absence of regular faculty. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons that inspire students and help them continuing their learning journey in cosmetology.

• Implement lesson plans and facilitate learning activities based on the curriculum.
• Conduct practical demonstrations of cosmetology techniques.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to meet educational standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $22.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
