Thermoforming Machine Operator, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Bridgeview, IL

• Pay range is $24.11 to $26.33 – paid weekly (additional $1 per hour as shift differential)
• Eligible for annual & skill‑based wage increases

• Safely and effectively operate thermoforming and extrusion equipment to produce quality product
• Troubleshoot line issues with minimal assistance
• Maintain run efficiencies for the line and product type
• Ensure quality of products on line and complete all necessary paperwork associated with running the line in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in production start‑ups and shutdowns
• Train future technicians in both technical duties and good working practices
• Communicate daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans
• Follow all company established rules and policies
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Ensure housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean and tidy

We are looking for prior experience as an Extrusion Operator, Thermoforming Operator, and/or Plastics Machine Operator!

• Candidate should have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry
• Must have thermoforming experience, plastics extrusion preferred
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential
• Ability to work independently as well as with others effectively as part of a team is essential
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
