Key Responsibilities- Check and record correct tare weight, tank r, weigh correctly and accurately record all chemicals and ingredients according to the Batch instructions.
- Operate and control the blending machine and mix ingredients according to the batch instructions. Monitor blending process to ensure quality of the mix.
- Accurately complete documentation as required.
- Must follow all inventory practices and procedures in compliance with SAP.
- Use scan guns to complete and monitor inventory transactions.
- Must be able to continuously learn to operate all compounding equipment.
- Must continue to acquire the necessary knowledge needed for batching all formulas.
- Maintain a tidy, clean, and safe work area always.
- Provide support for production equipment changeover and set‑up.
- Measure, mix, and prepare chemical batches per instructions.
- Operate and maintain batching equipment like mixers, tanks, and pumps.
- Follow safety procedures for handling hazardous chemicals.
- Use required PPE and report unsafe conditions or spills.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production records.
- Work with quality teams to resolve product issues.
- Be able to operate a forklift and industrial trucks.
- Clean and calibrate equipment regularly.
- Monitor material inventory and assist in storage and labeling.
- Comply with all safety, quality, HR, and company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
2nd Shift – Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm–2:30 am.
Qualifications- Accurately complete documentation as required.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to follow SOPs and adhere to standard work processes and procedures.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and industrial trucks.
- Must be able to continuously learn to operate all compounding equipment.
- Must continue to acquire the necessary knowledge needed for batching all formulas.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Must possess ability to perform math computations of manufacturers’ specifications.
- Must possess and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in chemical batching or hazardous materials handling.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $19.00/hour plus a $0.50 differential shift pay. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
