Auto Zone is seeking a dedicated Part Sales Manager to drive sales performance, foster a high‑performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This part‑time role offers flexibility and a chance to grow within a leading automotive retailer.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team; assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff to maintain smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures; manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Support Parts Sales & Inventory Management; exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk‑management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in commercial account support, ensuring timely deliveries and meeting customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

• Demonstrated leadership and integrity with strong decision‑making skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE certification preferred.
