Novolex is hiring an Automation Technician for the Nights 2-2-3 schedule (7pm–7am) in a 24/7 operation. You will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, setup and PM on automation equipment used in Thermoforming and Extrusion, diagnose processing issues, and be available on-call as required.
A HS Diploma or equivalent is required, with 5+ years in automation. We value strong electrical/PLC skills, mechanical know‑how, and solid communication and teamwork to support safety and efficiency across
