Pay Range: $21 - $30 per hour, plus commission opportunities (based on skill set)

Perform panel replacements and service upgrades

Install generators, transfer equipment, and related electrical systems

Complete residential and light commercial electrical projects

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

Communicate professionally with customers and provide solution-based recommendations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of electrical experience

Experience with residential service and troubleshooting preferred

Generator and service upgrade experience a plus Valid driver's license

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
