- Commercial Solutions is accountable to develop and execute a national sales strategy built from the business plan, as directed by the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for FCT to achieve required business objectives in Canada. This role will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team to achieve profitable business growth, in addition to supporting the day to day Sales Management activities which include: funnel reviews, expense management, salesforce usage, coaching, field visits and team and customer escalation.
** HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
**** Execute National Commercial Sales Strategy & Drive Growth
*** Lead execution of the national commercial sales strategy, aligning business development activities with corporate growth objectives.
* Identify and prioritize target markets, client segments, regions, and asset classes to maximize growth opportunities.
* Own national revenue, profitability, and market share objectives for commercial title insurance and related solutions.
* Expand FCT’s presence with national and regional accounts, driving new business acquisition and strategic account growth.
** Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Organization
*** Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team of commercial business development professionals.
* Establish performance metrics, incentive programs, and training initiatives that support a consultative, relationship-driven sales culture.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
** Build Strategic Client, Industry, and Bay Street Relationships
*** Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and influencers, including law firms, lenders, developers, institutional investors, brokers, and industry associations.
* Serve as the executive sales leader for strategic Bay Street relationships and complex commercial real estate transactions.
* Represent FCT at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to strengthen brand presence and market leadership.
* Position the company as a trusted advisor and thought leader across the commercial real estate ecosystem.
** Lead Strategic Partnerships and Enterprise Development
*** Develop and execute a national strategy to establish strategic partnerships across the commercial real estate industry, including associations, legal networks, lenders, brokerage firms, and other key stakeholders.
* Identify emerging business opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and support enterprise growth initiatives.
