Collective Reflections Editorial Lead

Join the Alma Mater Society as the Editorial Lead for Collective Reflections, an engaging role focused on diversity, creativity, and student expression at Queen's University.

In this position, you will oversee the development and production of Collective Reflections, a publication that showcases the artistic and literary contributions of Queen's students. From August to April, you will curate high-quality content and promote submissions while ensuring alignment with equity-focused values. This position requires a strong commitment to inclusive dialogue within the campus community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the editorial process from submission to publication

• Curate and edit diverse artistic contributions

• Manage and allocate the publication budget efficiently

• Provide mentorship and feedback to contributors

• Organize promotional events and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively

• Experience with social justice and equity issues

• Familiarity with publication processes
