Loan IQ Developer

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Consultant with strong commercial lending expertise to support and enhance the Finastra Loan IQ platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management consulting and hands‑on Development experience working with banking institutions, particularly in commercial lending, loan origination, and loan servicing
. This role involves close collaboration with AWS-based development teams to ensure stable operations, platform optimization, and SaaS support.

• Provide hands‑on Development and technical support for the Finastra Loan IQ platform
  , including:
• Loan IQ installation, customization, and version upgrades
• Infrastructure support and environment management
• Ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Design, develop, and support Loan IQ reporting solutions
• Datanet reporting and data extraction
• Ensuring data accuracy and reporting performance
• Manage and support Loan IQ batch processing
• Integration and monitoring using Autosys
• Troubleshooting batch failures and performance issues
• Collaborate closely with AWS‑based development teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Loan IQ platform
• Support cloud‑based deployments and SaaS operating models Assist with platform scalability, reliability, and performance
• Support commercial lending business processes
  , including:
  Commercial loan origination Loan servicing and lifecycle management
• End‑to‑end commercial loan servicing platform implementations using Loan IQ
• Participate in process reengineering and requirements definition
  , working with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Improve existing lending workflows and system integrations
• Support Loan IQ implementation and enhancement initiatives

• 3–5 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with a national or global management consulting firm
  , working on Finastra Loan IQ implementations or support engagements
• 5+ years of experience working within banking institutions
  , with a strong focus on Commercial Lending
• Proven hands‑on experience with Loan IQ
  , including:
• Installation, customization, and upgrades
• Infrastructure and production support
• Batch job scheduling and Autosys
• Strong understanding of commercial lending operations
  , including loan origination, servicing, and servicing platform implementations
• Experience collaborating with AWS development environments
  , with exposure to SaaS‑based support models
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  , with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proficiency working in an AWS environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross‑functional teams
• Experience supporting enterprise banking platforms in complex environments
