Lead pricing, reserving, and forecasting

Act as a technical consultant for Underwriting and Claims teams to support operational initiatives.
· Automation & Innovation:
Modernize actuarial tools and dashboards (SQL/Python/R) to increase efficiency and data visualization capabilities.
· Mentorship:
Provide peer reviews and coaching to junior team members, contributing to overall team development.

QUALIFICATIONS

ACAS or near ACAS
Advanced Excel/VBA skills are essential.
· Proficiency in: SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
· Experience handling large datasets and complex actuarial modeling systems.
·

Soft Skills:

Strong ability to translate complex actuarial findings into "business English" for non-technical stakeholders.
