As a Flight Operations Manager, you will manage daily operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder coordination. You will lead Meteorological and Intelligence briefings, attend planning meetings, and maintain flight schedules.

Your role is crucial in overseeing new mission requests and supporting operations with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily MET and INTEL briefings

• Attend ISR planning meetings weekly

• Lead coordination with stakeholders for operational adjustments

• Manage daily crew scheduling and compliance

• Serve as primary liaison with the Client for operational matters

Requirements:

• 5000+ flight hours, preferably as a Captain

• Experience in aviation operations and mission planning

• Strong knowledge of UK CAA regulations

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills

• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
